The Sacred Heart Middle School students have been using this time of Advent to increase their time in prayer, especially in prayer for others. Each day the students spend time together in the church offering a rosary for the intentions in the hearts of those they have chosen to pray for. The students decided that during this Christmas Season, the best gift they could give would be to spread Peace, Love, and Unity, one bead at a time, for all of those who give so selflessly to our school and for our family and friends.

“Praying the Rosary is one of the most powerful prayers. It is cool to pray the Rosary for those at our school because they do so much for us. ” -Isayah Soliz

“We would like to show our appreciation.” -Constance Lopez

“It shows that we love and care about the people who work at our school.” Larissa Polanco

Cards made by the students to the those they have said the Rosary for.

The rosary “is the weapon of these times.” -Saint Padre Pio  “The Rosary is a powerful weapon to put demons to flight and to keep oneself from sin…If you desire peace in your hearts, in your homes, and in your country, assemble each evening to recite the Rosary.” -Pope Pius XI

May our Lord and the Blessed Mother bless you all during this beautiful Christmas Season. May Peace, Love, and Joy fill your hearts, your families, and your homes.

Merry Christmas!!
