This is a picture of a group of Aspen trees with their brightly colored leaves still on. It was taken around 4:00 in the afternoon on a clear sunny day. I spent the weekend on a camping trip in Chama New Mexico when I saw this beautiful group of trees. They still had a brilliant yellow even though most all the trees around them had lost their leaves. We were hiking in the Edward Sargent wildlife refuge which is a huge mountainous area. “Nature’s peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms energy, while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn.”- Unknown
